Output required, CW or pulse, duty cycle, and pulse width if it matters.
The envelope
Rack units, chassis depth, weight target, or the equipment bay you have to live inside.
The environment
Airborne, naval, ground mobile, remote site. Shock, vibration, salt fog, temperature range, EMI/EMC.
Power and interfaces
Input voltage, 400 Hz or 800 Hz, and the connectors and control interfaces your harness expects.
The program
Milestones, quantity, qualification path, and whether this is a prototype or a production run.
International inquiries
Many Delta-Sigma products are subject to U.S. export control under ITAR or the EAR. Include the end user, the end use and the destination in your first message. We would rather tell you early what is possible than find out late that it is not.
If it is already in the field and it needs us, say so first.
Field failures are rare and we intend to keep it that way, but when one happens it goes to the front of the queue. We provide outstanding service for any emergency, including sending engineers to the site, domestic or international. Put “field” in the subject line and it gets read that way.
